I was wondering if I was riding out in the middle of nowhere and had a major oil loss from a cracked oil tank or something, and was able to do a temporary fix, would I be able to use 2 stroke oil in the engine to get home? All my riding buddies have 2 strokes, so we would definitely have a couple of quarts available.

Major cringe factor here. I would sooner put in any kind of 4 stroke engine oil or tow it rather than risk using 2 stroke oil. Not the same lubricating properties at all.
Or just carry a spare bottle or two of 4 stroke oil
