Having a hesitation under full throttle after cleaning carbs and can also make it bog down if I hit he throttle really quick. Engine also doen't want to rev past 9000 at WOT. Doesn't pull as hard as it normally does by far. I replaced all 4 pilot jets and set air fuel screws to 2 full turns out from closed. I also cleaned the fuel pumps which were very dirty and put in new plugs. Also put in fuel stabilizer over the summer and put some fresh gas in it before taking it out yesterday for a blast as we just had received a few inches of snow. The engine also has a slight misfire / stumble at idle and the exhaust doesn't sound healthy at idle as well.
Checked plugs and all 4 are burning the same. Main jet o-rings are alittle thrashed but i put back together like that. Was wondering if anyone has any ideas? Thanks.

Check for arcing between the coils and the engine case in the dark. Check to make sure air box is on the carbs correctly. If thats not it I suggest you clean the carbs again.
