2005 vector running problem

I just got my vector build up and when I started it it runs bad. I have to keep the choke on whole time or else it turn of and it doesn't rev very much. I have cleaned the carburetors but TPS is not adjusted and it may cause the problem. What do you think?

Probably plugged pilot jets. Gotta take them out and carefully run a wire through them unless you have an ultrasonic.
