My friends and I all own 06' sleds, Vector, Rage and Nitro. We put a few hundred miles on this weekend. Both the Rage and Nitro had the oil tanks crack in the same spot with in 100 miles of each other. Needless to say im worried about mine. Has anyone had this happen? Neither sleds hit anything just trail riding. WTF?

I have the 06 Vector. The last time I changed the oil I found 1 of the screws, that holds the tank to the frame, was backed off about 2 turns.
You would think if there was enough vibration to
loosen screws and crack tanks, you would feel the
vibration in the handle bars or tunnel.
