2007 Attack Clunk. Clunk in Medium Bumps?

My 08 LTX does that also. Is it the transfer rod or is the track racheting? With a simple track adjustment to tighten it to spec the noise goes away. I assumed that meant it was racheting. I'm still learning the yamaha suspension, rode Cats for a long time, so if I'm way off sorry.
