We will meet at the motel in the morning and have a brief explaination of the routes and what to expect before we leave. I will have 7 day permits available with me. These permits are $50.00 canadian.

Day 1 of the manitoba ride is in the history books. There was only a small number of us out for the first day.......but it was GREAT!!!!Good trails...(when you could find them in all the fresh powder) lots of fresh snow. We put on 250 k's for the first day. And now a few pics to make all of you who didn't come jelous.

Day 2......over 350k. Rode up into the north east wilderness of the canadian shield, almost into ontario. At times we were on smoooth trails with so much power it was more like driving a boat than a sled.We has two casualties today,a viper broke a secondary clutch and a rx1 broke a front w-arm. Once again those of you who didn't come out might of missed the premium ride of the year. And now ....some more pics. Sorry Bever's sacry face pic came up first but it was near the end of the ride and he was getting cranky for beer.

Carol and I are up in Fort McMurray where I am working. Wish we could be there seems kind of funny looking at the pictures and not being part of it. How is Gary? I think that is his name the guy who hit the deer awhile back.
