2007 Phazer Rear Link

Hello All,

My understanding is that Yamaha will not upgrade the 2007 Phazer rear suspension link untill it has broken? Does anyone know for sure? I'd really like to get this part updated before I get stranded 100+ miles from home!

As far as I know most failures if careful you can still drive it.That said I agree with you.Look at the shaft seems that usually bends before link breaks.Turn in the bent shaft and you will get your 08 parts.Here is a pic of my old bent shaft.
