Hi guys!

I picked up a beautiful 2008 Apex GT 40th Anniversary two days ago with only 5000km on it. Sled has been very little used the last couple of seasons.

Seller took the sled to a dealer before we met to have a fault code on the TORS (supposedly) deleted.
Sled started and ran flawlessly on the parking lot where we did the trade. However I noticed that there was no light in the left main lamp, when I hit the high beam button the left light lamp lighted up, there was a xenon bulb in that lamp.

Strange setup - and suddenly when I hit the high/low beam button for the 4th time-ish - the sled suddenly stopped, as if you hit the killswitch.

Tried restarting the sled but no luck. She was throwing three codes, 11, 13 and 23.
What the heck!, so, we pulled the sled onto my trailer and I did the 270km drive back home.

When I got home I tried starting it and it fired up, still had the check engine light but now it was only code 11.
It seemed to idle just as it should (high idle since the engine was cold), then I hit the high beam button and the rpms dropped down instantly to such a low level that it eventually stalled. I could restart it by giving it a little throttle and seems to run just fine as long as I give it some throttle.

The next day I fired it up and now the check engine light was gone but it was still not running right, irratic idling and sometimes stalling.
I removed the xenon kit that was fitted on the left lamp and installed LED h4 bulbs in both lamps.
Now pushing the high/low beam button doesnt affect the engine at all, so I figure there must have been some kind of issue with the xenon ballast.

I finally found out how to remove the fault codes when in diagnostic mode (pressing down on the left grip warmer button) so I deleted the stored fault codes and then restarted the sled. Still irratic idling. I then stopped it and went back into diagnostic mode - no new codes.

I also noticed that the TORS was bypassed, so my guess is that the seller didnt take the sled to the dealer for a simple TORS 84 code - probably been having some issues with the 11,13 and 23 code - OR maybe the dealer bypassed the TORS. However I did try to plug the TORS back in and surely I got a fault code on it - so I just bypassed it again.

I also tried putting a jumperpack on the battery even though the battery seems to be in really good condition and is fully charged - but it didnt make any difference.

About the codes 11,13,23, I figure this could possibly come from a grounding problem (ground blocks?) Since there will never be an issue with three sensors at the same time.

I am a motor technician so I do have some knowledge on the mechanical stuff but electrical gremlins isnt my strongest point.

I am thinking that the xenon ballast could have a great power draw on startup and this combined with maybe a bad ground could lead to this strange issue with throwing three codes at the same time... just thinking loud.. .

But, as of right now there are NO codes and the only problem is that the sled doesnt run right at idle and sometimes stalls.
I took it for a spin and it runs just like it should on higher rews and man it pulls hard!!!

Does anyone have any clue/advise on what could be causing the idle issue?

Gas smells fresh and it is 98oct.

I attached a link to a little video clip that shows how i runs.

PS nice to be back, been a while since my last post here! :)
