it looks like we have our rooms at the great northern for thurs. and fri. we will be coming in from houghton on thurs. via backpack on the sleds. sat. we have to head back to phillips area but we would love to ride with the group.
so what do you guys think about riding that way on sat.? it is about 79 miles 1 way and it is way off the beaten path. low traffic and most of the time good trails. we can fuel up in phillips and stop for lunch, jen and i can drop our saddle bags and maybe head back with you guys a little bit of the way before we say our goodbye's.
just a thought and it would be great to ride with you guys one last time for the year!

gerby, i have your cell# saved in my phone. mine is (815)931-9674 we will be in touch friday, might run back towards the hotel and ride with you guys for a while that afternoon. depending on when nick (throttle jockey)get there we might be with him also. leave us a message and when we stop on the trail that morning we will turn on the phone and check it, to see what time you might be arriving.gerbie said:

hey mark, yea that was me next to you at muni, i felt bad for not introducing myself, it was just a weird weekend for me. i was on the tail end of a 13 day vacation from work( all snowmobiling-10 day's straight) and i was just in a weird mood, i never even rode with anybody the whole weekend, maybe if it's possible i was a little burnt out! than if you noticed i had problems with my sled sat morn( rear axle was shot) apparantly you had some issue's also! but anyway, name is rob, my girlfriends name is tami( mr sled like's to refer to her as t-bag) which she really enjoy's ( the name,not tom) just kidding tom!!! well anyway's my mental problems are all cleared up and i'm ready to ride, i got your cell # also and we'll call you as soon as we get their on fri. see you than- GORDON RULES

i'll be in mercer thursday night with four other guys. i believe were a little out of town staying in his cabin. Wow maybe i'll get to ride with the great MR. sled, last time i rode with him i almost heartattack trying to pull him out. few years back

tom, i think t-bag was a little jealous with your wife and kids their, she felt that she wasn't gonna get all of your attention. i'm sure all will be well next weekend!

i may be up at the cabin the same weekend and will have to meet up with you guys im in between minacqua and park falls. would meet in mercer and ride to phillps with ya them split off again. it would be me and my dad
