It would be great if I would have had more time to go after it. The place I wanted to go, they didnt do any thing special for us so why bother.

MrSled said:At this time for a group of 10, rates would be roughly $150/night/adult if we are interested in the package, which includes everything in the description below. If you are not interested in the package, they offer "room only" lodging for $130/night in our lodge rooms, which have two queen beds.
As the size of your group increases, the discount they can offer increases. The rates quoted above denote a 10% discount. 15% to those in your group, should your group size increase beyond 20 guests.
www.TogwoteeLodge.com, please feel free to browse our website. We offer 600+ miles of groomed trails, with 250 million acres of rideable terrain which is unrestricted (as opposed to Yellowstone).

ok...so I took the time to read it all. Tom...if you need help in arranging this I would be glad to help where I can. Maybe too late for this season, but there it looms like there is a 3/20-3/28 trip???
Didn't you post that the more we got the better the rates? What were they not doing?
This would be a freekin blast!!!
I rode in Colorado YEARS ago and I would LOVE to do it again.
Peter, if nothing else would you consider going? We can just rent and maybe fly out there?
A though...
Shot you a PM...

2011 WEST TRIP?????
Talked to Tom for a few seconds about this in Munising over the weekend.
If we can get about 20 people interested in this for next season, I would be willing to help organize this trip.
Tom,
Let me know if you want me to start a new thread or if we can make a sticky or just keep using this thread???
In the mean time...
who would SERIOUSLY consider doing this trip? I don't want 20 people and half are just wanting to go but know they cant...
Thanks,
SD

well...i will tell you that i am in 100% for sure. nothing would stop me....except...the band. that's the only thing that can throw wrenches in my plans. i would be able to give a better idea a few months prior to going.
speaking of that...what would be the absolute minimum you would have to have done to your sled ...adjust clutching?

OK...thats 2...LOL
I'm going to dig into this a little deeper and if anyone has any ideas let me know. I am also going to look into Colorado as well. I have some contacts out there, so might be worth looking at.
NEXT SEASON WE NEED TO DO A TRIP WEST GUYS (and gals) !!!!

I belive the thing you need to do is set a firm date. Set the price as if only 4 people are going and say this is it. Im sure after a confermed date and price there would be quite a few people that would come on board, like myself.

Yeah I'm going to look into it mid April. I will slow down at work and have the time, but yeah a firm date will help.
Thanks
