2008 Phazer updates... Hot grip?

The bulletin applies to 08 but i installed it on my 07 with no problems. I bought the update from my local dealer for $12. Both local dealers i called had them in stock.

I have an 08 and an 09. Did they come with the harness already? I replaced the grip elements on my 08 last year and just plugged into the hareness connectors. I don't know if the sub harness is there. I don't find either one of them very warm even on high...so I suspect they don't have it. Is there a way to check for the harness?
