Hi everyone hope everyone had a merry christmas. I have a problem with my steering and am hoping sum1 can help me out. When i hold my handlebars striaght the front skis ...borh are turned 2 the right...like making a right turn. I know the ie rods need 2 b adjusted but the steering is also real sloppy alotta play. So i guess my question is how do u get 2 the inner locknuts on the tie rods and the other thing in the steering goin from the handlebars seems real sloppy. Dont wanna wait 4 the dealer 2 do it n not ride till march. Would appreciate any help.

Was the steering always off or did something slip or get bent? If something slipped or got bent, then you need to look at more than the tierods.
To get at the inner tierod lock-nuts, maybe you can just remove the external tierod from the spindle and get it adjusted with just the one end. Otherwise you are going to have to remove components to get to the other end of the tierods. I don't think they don't have removable tierod boots that allows you to access the tie rod. ?? Is there a removable belly pan that allows access to them? If not, you are going to have to access then from the top, which may require some significant component removal.

steering problem
when i got the sled brand new the steering was great. the i wacked a tree stump in powder i couldnt see n bent the a arms n the dealer said i messed up sum kinda subframe, he fixed...or says he did both n when i picked up the sled i didnt notice the steering was off. took it out the other nite n like i said, if u hold the bars straight it goes 2 the right. there r lil rubber boots on the tie rods ill give that or the belly pan a try thanx 4 ur quick reply
