Was the steering always off or did something slip or get bent? If something slipped or got bent, then you need to look at more than the tierods.
To get at the inner tierod lock-nuts, maybe you can just remove the external tierod from the spindle and get it adjusted with just the one end. Otherwise you are going to have to remove components to get to the other end of the tierods. I don't think they don't have removable tierod boots that allows you to access the tie rod. ?? Is there a removable belly pan that allows access to them? If not, you are going to have to access then from the top, which may require some significant component removal.
