2009 fx nytro suspension help

I have always has ski doo and i have no idea how to or where to start as far as supension goes. Wut are the best settings for a 160lb rider to transfer weight and wheelie but also ride somewhat decent as well?

lots of good reading in the FAQ section. I t helped me get my suspension close then only had to make small adjustments from there.
