2009 Sway bar location on A Arm.

Well I took my A Arms for powder coating and now am putting everything back together.
The lower A Arm has 2 holes to connect the sway bar and for the life of me I cant remember which one to use.
Why the two holes???? and which one shood i be using????

On my xtx stock setting is the lower hole. The front/upper hole is supposed to stiffen the sway bar. Havn't tried it myself I think some are doing it to help take some of the body roll away at higher speed turns when they have front shock preload set soft.

I moved mine to the front hole after I powder coated mine. I have my shocks set at 55 psi an this really helped my sled through the corners
