Not hard the only problem with Maggie(is her name) is that she is very very timid to people, she is terrified of most people, to the point you would think she was beat by someone(which drives me nuts that she will not go to anyone but our family). So it makes it very difficult to go track for other people because she is more worried about them then to track, she does very well tracking the kids we can give them head start and she always finds them, as for deer she does pretty good but this year she has picked up a bad habit of running the deer and not the blood. So if we jump a deer she want to run that deer and not the wounded one. This is a new bad habit for her this year. In years past I have run a wounded deer right threw a bedding area and she always stayed on the wounded deer. I think a lot of the bad habit has come from tracking wounded deer and not finding them, we have tracked 3 or 4 deer this year and after tracking 1/2 the night pulling her off with no prize(the deer) for her at the end of the night. She is still young and will only get better.

Sled looks good. I'd love to do an all gloss black like that. Could you possibly post some close ups of your handguards. Looks like you added mirrors to the stock guards. Just want to see what you did, I'm interested.
