i want to gear my apex i have stock gears now 24-38 70chain (i think)what the best way to go ? 22? 23? or stock

Gearing down and you will need a 68 link chain.
Never on the lake riding wot for extended periods of time then go with 22T.
Riding in a mix of condition 23T.
On the lake a lot, I'll keep the 24T.
