2010 Demo ride Head count/Info.

Conditions are just too poor, and the rain is supposed to start later today, with another round forecast for Friday.

I live in 'da UP, I don't need to ride in poor conditions....not that we had many good days this past year.

Hate to do it, but my we've decided not to come up due to the forecast and current conditions. Since my wife and I have never been to the Munising area to ride, we thought that it wouldn't be a good idea to experience their trails under these circumstances. We'll just have to wait until next winter to make our first TY Munising ride.

Scooter and I are out, not sure if he or I mentioned this already... I met with the surgeon yesterday, and am on "limited light duty" due to my knee. I have a torn MCL, bone bruise, fracture and bone marrow contusion... I know it'd still be fun to see everyone again, but 12 hrs in a truck just to have chili and beer with a little riding just isn't goin to happen for us. have fun up there, take plenty of pics!! Have fun everyone!!

ditto guys, i'm out too. the weather forcast is bad, warm temps, rain....i'm really bummed. i have to be smart with my limited funds....i'm rolling the dice on a late march dumping...then i'll have the money to go.

tom, thanks for holding a spot for me to ride the demo sled...i sincerely appreciate it. i guess you can free that spot up for someone else. thanks again.

hopefully we'll see you guys at a Hello Dave show this spring/summer. i'll keep ya'll posted in the lounge

So as I got a tan today loading up I was thinking "this is crazy" But then I thought of all the fun we have and said ah what the hell...

So the webber is loaded, got a fresh tank of juice for it, sleds are loaded (not sure why) and I'm getting ready to pack my gear.

Hope someone has a spare burger or brat cuz I never made it to the store today...but I'm not worried...Sleddheadd will be there...lol

we got in around 12:45 tonight. from what we can see the snow is not terrible but not good either. should be ok for off trail for sure. late season riding a little early this year!

KNOCK IT OFF KURT!! I was driving my daughter to Monroe WI for a PT sessoin yesterday. Kept telling VDW that I was gonna drag my sled over that way and ride the ditch for a 1/2 mile back and forth LOL! Hope you all have a great time and I wish I was there!!!!!!i

No actually its my crappy camera on my phone. It was overcast but dry. Rained a few minutes @ the hotel when we got back but then dried up again. Had a feast in the parking lot. I'm a stuffed pig right now!

Trails are rideable but soft. All I know is I was looking at brown grass at my house and I'm riding here. Looks like the last blast....until next year =(

sorry guys i decided at the last minute to pull the plug after i looked at the weather it is suposta rain up there all weekend so i am gonna try to save some of the money and put it to good use on upgrades for my phazer see everyone soon
