I can't find the magic tool to adjust and measure the transfer rod
Does anyone have the measurements for threads showing for min and max transfer?

mine is set at max and and then a little more! i took it apart and felt u could safly run a little more than the gage said without tearing out threads! anyway mine measures about 2 1/8 inches inbetween the 2 nuts , minimum transfer is about 3/4 inch less than that

Sooo? max = more ski lift? I want the skis planted!

You need the measurements for the 2010 and newer transfer rod. The 2005-2009 models are different.
I don't have the wrench or measurements for my 2010 either.

max is more ski lift , i got all i can, hammer it moving already and it lifts skis everytime bout, 6-8 inches ! i love it , just adds to fun factor!

Better over the bumps with max transfer. Let's you modulate steering under acceleration too.

I don't mean wot..lol.....you know, on fast trails around 60+, a little fuel lightens it up, and less sets it down. I just went through the whole rear putting new slides, a few new bearings (a little loose after greasing) in the upper idlers and I put rubber shims in the transfer rod (monoshock) which softens that clunk on slow stutters. Then set it about 1/16 from max. transfer. Hard to believe it is in as good shape as it is with the way we pound them on tug. It was reinforced and powdered by welter years ago. Pre Daytona checkup...lol.
