2010 Yamaha Nytro mapping problem

Yeah I’ll check over the full sled. I also forgot to mention I moved the TPS sensor because the reading was off. Full throttle was only 85%. I managed to get it to 90% at full throttle. I’m gonna move the TPS back to stock.

Anyone else have problems having the wrong % with the TPS? Mine was marked from factory and was right on the lines and off.

Well if she ran good before you made all the changes. I would revisit each and every item you installed i.e. exhaust ( any leaks near header connections ), wiring connections tight and ( no bent pins inside connector plugs), no intake gasket leaks etc. Set pc5 back to proper map for application your using. Check the entire install !!! You have time before snow and if you get frustrated walk away from it and come back another day to give it another try.

hey pete, i went threw her and found ei have a header leak, header was crazy hard to put on. im super surprised its leaking i had to heat it up with a torch & smack it on. gonna get some silicone around it to stop the leak
