2011 Apex XTX or 2014 Apex XTX???

OK I have been dragging my feet within the last year and failed to get two really good deals on sleds.
But now the season is approaching and I have the opportunity to get the following:
2014 Apex XTX w/ 6500 miles, 2 years of YES remaining - $6800
or
2011 Apex XTX w/ 2900 miles, no warranty - $6500.
Both are studded and in mint condition. No other extras on them.
I think either of these is a pretty good deal compared to ones I see for sale around me normally.
I certainly like the warranty aspect.
Thoughts would really be appreciated.

6500 miles on an Apex is nothing! 2 years of warranty on it is wicked! Plus 2011 was the first year of the model change, I'd go with the 14 IMO... What's $300??? 6 cases of Canadian beer!!!

I agree with that. 6500 miles with warranty is the way to go. Biggest change was the wheel placement in the skid if I remember right. Both should be a nice Yamaha blue as well. Unlike my baby blue 2012 XTX. It grew on me. A person can get over color for the right price.
Makes me sick seeing them under $7000, but I am not in the market to sell mine. So I will worry about that when I am. Great deals for sure, you will be happy either way.

You've more than $300 in resale value by buying the 3 yr newer sled. It's a no brainer.

I agree with everyone. That 2014 is a no brainer. If we had any deal like that near me it would have already been in my garage..
