Could you put Power Steering from a wrecked 2011 apex into a 2006 if you had all the wiring and controller?

I don't think that there is room, because they had to make the fuel tank smaller and there isn't enough power to run it. Probably more than that envolved.

With enough parts, sure its the same chassis I just dont know how far you would have to go into it before everything just bolts up. (ie gas tank, steering frame, etc) Where is the powersteering controller? Integrated into the ECU, if so that might throw a EXUP code if they have that since it woould be expecting to see that. Also the ECU timing and fuel tables would be different again not sure if its enough to care or not though.

the steering controller is a separate box located next to the ecu under the front nose shield.

I think they also upgraded the electrical output from the stator to power the power steering unit.
