2011 Red Apex XTX - help with rear shock set up

Lift the skis off the ground and then you loosen the lock nut first and then you can tighten or loosen the shock to whatever you would like and then you tighten the lock nut back up.

you would use a set of spanner wrenches...the best way to properly tighten the jam nut...

Ya, I have 3 spanner wrenches. But i've found a large flat screwdriver and mallet just work 10000% better.

:tg:

Actually I'm not joking about this!

great I have lots of screw drivers and a gbfh!!! I cant wait to turn without almost flipping

works great....doesnt treat them kindly if your not careful...

did it, worked good
now on to the rear setup i am 300lbs and i find the front skid shock to stiff out of the box...
I need to make it transfer a little less i tried hard setting on rear springs and too stiff (its nice it can be set up for us big guys) its funny my buddy has a nitro xtx and it is set great from the box

Id try medium on torsions springs...medium compression..tighten the center spring shock about 1/2" to start...
