2011 Spindles in a 2006

I just ordered a pair of the 2011 spindles for installation in my 2006. I want to try the offset ski pivot location. Hopefully they arrive in time to install and try them before the Feb Muni ride. I will be there to report the results and continue to use them if they prove out.

Spindles for what,apex or nytro,and who's spindles are they???

2011 Apex spindles in a pre 2011 Apex. Recall that the 2011 has a 15mm offset ski pivot bolt location, and this gives more 'trail', hence more stability and better corner bite.

Never mind though, because they will not install in the pre 2011 spindle housings :-(
