i hope that in the future,yamaha will concentrate on building 1 platform instead of 3 or 4,the nytro is overdue,the apex,the phazer,and they all have different chassis,imagine how much catching up you have to do when all your chassis are in need of upgrades,make 1 good chassis and give every model its own distinction,

First week of February is the word i got from my dealer.Big changes are coming.

I too heard this. Dont know what it means, but maybe something big!

every year someone hear's "something big coming this year". Remember what their 'game changer' was last year? Power steering. Don't get your hopes up for 2013. Yamaha is THINKING about building something cool, you won't be able to buy it anytime soon though.

I think the low snow winter we're having is the reason the release date was pushed back. Too many leftovers in the showrooms.

I came close to getting a new leftover 2011 Apex SE for $4800 off list price. In the end, I wanted a sled that weighed less, not hidden by power steering + 30 extra pounds.
