Hey Guys, just took my new 14 xtx out for the first time. Torque on the thing is sweet but was surprised at the bad under steer. Turns out runners were installed 2" carbide on the outside keel and solid weld wear bar on the inside. Should be the opposite no? My question is, will 6" square bar inside and solid weld outside significantly reduce under steer? I need it to rail better. Power is Awsome! Happy Sledding!

I have 6" inside and outside on my pilot skis, and I only have a 121" track 1.25 lug. You will have issues with under steer this time of year as most conditions are not set up.

Hey Thanks Man, I was thinking that as well. I put the carbide bars on the inside and wear bars outside of Tuner Skis. Trails should start to establish a base soon.......ill give it another test ride. Thanks for the advice.I have 6" inside and outside on my pilot skis, and I only have a 121" track 1.25 lug. Yeah Man, pretty good accumulation but not as much as you guys out East. I bought my sled in May so I was dying to try it out. I'm hoping it corners better on well set up trails. p.s I'm not a fan of this El Niño weather, has me worried about future winter.....You guys get hit with those last two storms this week? (Tues and Thursday here in n.s)
You can see by picture we have no base. I stayed home.
