Friend picked up a used sled. He put a new battery in it and it won’t start. Went to take a look and this is what we found. 4 codes, (PO562,P1685,P1689,P1692, Low voltage codes, reverse beeper is activated but not in reverse, and no spark to spark plugs!
So once key is turned on,the fuel pump primes, codes appear and reverse beeper is activated! After fuel pump is done priming, we try starting it. It turns over really fast and easy, but without spark, of course nothing happens! I’ve done a few hours of research on this Viper forum and from what I’ve read, it may be an ECU problem, Maybe??
So far we checked voltage on new battery as it sits, and during starter cranking, and it has good voltage. It also has those codes mentioned and the active reverse beeper even though it is in forward, per turning secondary clutch, to see which way the track turns!
Does it sound like an ECU problem?

I should have also said that this sled had been sitting for 2 years, in house basement!Friends picked up a used sled. He put a new battery in it and it won’t start. Does this sound familiar to anyone, if so, your thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!

had same issue with multiple codes. Turned out to be the ICC fuse. No power to the ICU = lots of codes. Changed and all was good.

Where is the ICC fuse located and what size fuse? My buddy tested the Forward and Reverse relays and they checked out OK, but still bought new ones and replaced those! Also checked all fuses located on that same fuse/ relay block and found none blown!had same issue with multiple codes. Turned out to be the ICC fuse. No power to the ICU = lots of codes. Changed and all was good.

Found an electrical schematic for the fuse/relay block, and also found a pic of that under hood fuse/relay block under the stickies section under electrical! I take it we are talking about the ISC fuse! Thanks!! They were all checked but shall make a suggestion to try again, and even swap out the fuel pump and ISC relay whereas they look identical on the schematic!
