Ok so yesterday it was -21 deg out so I went out and started my Viper it was not happy but started so I let it run for 10 min and it was 128 deg I then shut it off and went inside to get dressed and make sandwiches. I come out a hour later and go to start the sled and the fuel pump runs but no dash light up crank it over and no start. So I pull the hood to get to the fuse box check all the fuses they are all good,( Now I gust put in a new battery yesterday from advance auto p...arts) All of a sudden out of no where the dash lights up throes 4 trouble codes so off to the Yamaha shop to see what the codes were, all low voltage codes and when the key is on the reverse beeper is beeping weird....... So I put in a new interstate battery and have the same thing beeper and 4 codes one was for forward relay
one for reverse relay one for low voltage so I take a screw driver and wack the relays , the beeper stops beeping and the sled starts Very weird what weather can do I'm sure if thay put my sled in the shop for 20 min it would have been fine.

That is weird. Maybe this weather is bringing up issues we haven't dealt with. Past two years were very cold. This year not so much.

Best you could do is get it inside and thawed/dried out before messing further but I want to know where is it -21° at this point?

Wyoming
3days in a row

Has your sled had this issue again? Maybe from being cold, starting and running and cooling off again the relays got enough condensation in them to stick them?...
