2015 Yamaha SR viper LE Shock Set up

I have a 2015 SR viper LE with Fox Float 3 front shocks. what would be a good starting point for pressure in these shocks.

I am a trail rider and weigh about 265-270 pounds.

70# or a little more on front dependent on ski type and carbide, is it all stock in the skid? The front shock on the skid will have a great affect on how the front floats respond to the rider when decelerating.
