I searched the forums before posting but I could not find any information out on my problem. I own a 2015 Yamaha viper RTX-SE and I am having a problem when I am going over 40 mph the sled feels like its vibrating but, my handle bars are not. Over the summer I put more rivets in the tunnel to strengthen it up. I did add a few more rivets throughout the tunnel too.

Does anyone have any suggestion on what the problem could be? OR is it due to me strengthening the tunnel up? Would a damper kit help?

The reason for adding the rivets is I have been so many tunnels due to the way I ride.

I just started the sled on the host and ran it to 60 mph the whole sled vibrates. I do believe its because I put more rivets in the sled then I needed to.

Your belt can cause vibrations too.
If you have a spare. Try that see if it resolves the problem

Do you think the belt is bad or the wrong part number?
Could have a little flat spot from leaving the brake on or track frozen to ground, won't be easy to find, look carefully.

How many miles on your belt? make sure you didn't burn your belt ex. if belt is super wet you give lots of gas and no movement of sled(belt slipping). burning sides of belt causes lots of vibration due to groves made , Try what rtx mentioned new belt and go from there. Just hope that none of the drive bearings are shot.

yap last time it took me an hour fighting to get it off
Right hand on helix like your gripping a baseball , left hand on back sheave of secondary, push in and rotate clockwise, keep pressure on the helix or back sheave and pull belt off with other hand, take's 5 seconds.
