CURRENTLY......FEB 18th Thursday, 19th Friday & OPTIONAL FUN RIDE Feb 20th Saturday is what we are going with, I know it's hard to make dates work for everyone butt these are pretty much the dates we have every year so we try to stick with this.

Since most will have to go through DULUTH or swim I should be able to hook up with some TYers
I liked driving through the night, sharing drive / sleep -last time I think we drove Wednesday after work through the night arrived 7 am checked in ate with the Manitoba crew and rode Thursday Friday Saturday and drove home Sunday
I have room for 3 guys and 3 sleds!!

Depends on the date! I think 18 19 20 Feb works for me but if the date was set I could work with the others I ride with. I have two other trips of 12 days total and everyone wants mid to end of Feb! Set the date before they do!

810 miles one way for me. Might take 2 days to get there, 2 to get back.

Well you better get your sled out of storage soon. We will need to fab up some crash bars for you from the stories I've heard about the last time your Southern friends came up.
I hope to get a date nailed down during our little TY Bbq next weekend.
Hopefully this will give you enough lead time. Ya missed a fun ride last year.

So far as hotels I think a change of venue is warranted. Like Charlie locking the dates down quick is important for me .....lots of big rides being planned for Feb. I have approached the club about a pot luck supper one night just like the first year to honour Tom's return, they were very enthusiastic about the idea. I sense another belly contest coming up.lol
