Too bad they didn't put the lightweight break and the tunnel protectors on there. Do you think protectors will be needed if going with a pre studded ice attack track? I was really hoping the protectors would be included, as Yamaha has always been known to include those std.
Yes that DX in the black/red is a nice looking sled. It's color is about the only way I would have thought about red over blue. The red/white has never done much for me.

Too bad you can't Spring Order the color of your choice, track, and shock package. It would be cool to have an honest "build your own" program, including no graphics for those who prefer to wrap their own.

the windsheild is little weird i must say.. i wish there was a middle ground between the two windsheilds... man Yam has a tough time putting good wind protection without it looking like a patio door.. anyway.. that wont be tooo hard to change, the machine is awwwesome none the less...

I helped my buddy install a set of tunnel protectors on his zr 8000RR and it wasn't that bad. I don't think you'd need them with a pre-studded track.
I just wish they would get rid of the tunnel sticker- love the look of the viper without it
Ya the windshields look odd, but they really haven't released any accessories yet, so we will see

poo does a great job of this on spring orders- you can totally customize your sled. Which is why they probably snowcheck so many of them
