Its interesting that no one responded to my question. Scary actually! Now the new rumor I heard from my dealer's mechanic last night kind a goes hand in hand with the no sneak peaks in the USA this year. The rumor on the table is, that depending on sales, Yamaha is considering on pulling the plug on snowmobiles here in the USA for 2021! They still will be selling them in Europe and Canada. He actually took the time and called me on the phone to tell me this! Man I hate rumors like that!
It seems odd that the sleds would be produced in the USA, but not offered here.

Do we know for sure that they are going to be produced in the USA? Maybe they will be produced in Canada. Or Textron will still produce them and ship them out of the country! Its all about what the bean counters want!

That cant be. A previous post showed snowmobile ownership between the two countries and it is significantly higher in the US.

Something to keep in mind about vehicles built in China is they can not sell there unless built there and under their control. It is not about exporting them, which I am sure they are not exporting them, It is you build here or no sale here. They even can not have a BMW on the plant, it is all Chinese names on the plants, not Ford, GM etc.Maybe they will build them in China just like BMW is going to start doing, wow.
