My track is somehow rubbing against my tunnel, specifically two rivets, in the front by the drive axle. I tightened track even more and it still is chewing up the edge of my track. Anyone else seen this? If I knew how to post pictures I would. Oh, I have a 4 wheel kit in the back but it did this when new too. It is a lot worse now than when new. I could understand it if it were one side at a time (alignment) but it seems to wonder from side to side. I will probably try tightening and alignment again and go even tighter. Any ideas?
Thanks
Thanks

How bad is it? The track will have SOME on each side. Every sled in this chassis has done this in my experience.. 2012 F8, 2015 Cat7000, 2017 Sidewinder, 2021 Cat 8000.< Every one of these I owned did it.. But without seeing pics its hard to say if what your describing is normal or excessive.

On my sled, it's always ice buildup in tunnel.

Thanks, I singe off the strands too but this time it was rubber messed up a bit. Hitting tunnel and rivets... might be ice too, I heard what was probably that. Thanks. Trying to downsize photo or two.

Let’s try the photo thing again. Alignment is obviously an issue too, it’s walking in between drivers.

Hi guys. Is it possible that extrovert drivers are moved? My track is now tighter on the left to get track to shift right and not rub on tunnel, even with that said the driver on the left side is not in the middle of the window and rubs on track window. Loosing my mind over this one. Thanks

I suppose they could have moved.. They are pressed on I believe? So its possible, not something that's common. Any chance the cross support that holds skid into sled is bent? The "rod" that spans between the tunnel sides
