2022 Preorder build dates/delivery dates

My January just got pushed to February.....

My TCat EPS bounced from late Dec. to late Jan. to late Feb. I have little confidence that the sled will even be built.
I am thinking the same. Even if they push it out until April, I'll still take it. It's not like my options will be better next season

I had the same feelings when my dealer called me and asked if I wanted to cancel my LTX LE order and get my deposit back. That was back in November. He was honest and said that I probably wouldn't get anywhere near the same price for a '23 but it was ultimately my choice. I barely even thought about it and chose to keep the order and it showed up. Fingers crossed you guys get yours soon too!

I got the call also April so will wait and see what the price increase will be. But think the 2022 will just wait for. I thought Yamaha said 100% of sleds oh they meant in 2 years time I guess

Are you saying your spring order won't be ready until April?

If it makes any of you feel any better I’m having the same delayed manufacture and delivery issue with a 2022 F-150 King Ranch- ordered in Sept just got a build date and and anticipated delivery……..build 2/28 delivery early April…… Well what you gonna do?
Talked with a friend in the industry he said take it, will be no better supply chain in 2023 so I will as I usually keep my Trucks a long time and resale value is always based on ‘great condition’ for miles and year. Eg. this F150 - Loaded Lariat Ecoboost 3.5 is a 13 with 260,000 NO issues to date.

Where do you buy your Yamahas ?

Most I have bought used low miles off season. I bought the Viper a RJs in Duluth. The Apex purchase was the most fun. Guy< 60 miles from me asking 1000 less than the KBB only has 999miles on it, turns 1000 as I drive on the truck . He says, “I can’t believe you Yamaha guys like these, my wife and I could hardly drive it, every time you let of the throttle it wants to dart around.”

I asked if he’d ever driven a manual transmission car? He says yes. I ask remember how it braked or slowed if you let off the gas suddenly?

YES- thats compression braking. This is a 4 stroke doing the same thing - less noticeable because of CVT transmission. The original sales paper work in the seat pocket shows- 14 months prior it had been purchased in IA for 14K with lots of dealer add ons. He was surprised I paid 6700. Still under YES for nearly 2 yrs, Apex XTX mint.

Was Stanley the salesman at RJ ?

Yes he was very good to work with.

Yes dealer in Wisconsin called me. Said April but can pick up in September. I can go to a 2023 if I want but does not know the program or price increase. So it will get interesting what Yamaha does next

That is crazy. So a sled you ordered in March won't get ridden until approx. 21 months after the initial order date.

I also confirmed with my dealer about an hour ago. Late April on the LTX-GT EPS. My first question was what is Yamaha going to do about the 23 release. He said he hasn't heard back from his rep. Although he said Doo and Polaris gave him their 23 release dates already. Nothing from Yamaha. This situation could be very interesting and possibly dangerous for Yamaha's snowmobile division if it is handled wrong. I just don't know how a manufacturer can release the up coming model year with out fulfilling current year preseason orders. My gut is telling me. Those sleds that are not delivered by 23 release date will be canceled and we will have to start over in this nightmare again. It's painful for all of us to be put in this position by the brand we have loved and stood by for so many years. Time for some updates Mr. Smith.
