Hard to say, all I can tell you its a turbo and its lighting fast in stock form, the Polaris 850 2 stroke is not to far behind the Winder as seen in the posted vid, we will see if the winder holds on to the title.
If it's a two-stroke they can keep it. NO INTEREST WHATSOEVER!

I stumbled upon these on YouTube yesterday and was wondering what finished 2 of three. So the Mack took last in that run? LoL!!!

Oh man if there was a stock Apex engine turbo I would be saving my $$.Bring it!
The more in the HyperSled market the better. I hope it has a Yamaha engine in it!! Could it be we'd finally see the Apex engine back? My dream would be a NA version and a turbo version! 200HP and 280HP. I can't wait!
If that really happened Doo would need to rethink bringing the 1200 back, can you imagine?

I was there. On the ice 1. sidewinder, 2. Polaris 850, 3. Mach. I was not paying as much attention to the snow race but Sidewinder way out in front but think 850 and Mach were closer on snow? DMCTurbo can correct me if I have the snow race wrong. All Stock sleds.I stumbled upon these on YouTube yesterday and was wondering what finished 2 of three. So the Mack took last in that run? LoL!!!

It was just as bad on the snow from the video. Maybe 2 bus lengths...I was there. On the ice 1. sidewinder, 2. Polaris 850, 3. Mach. Polaris 4 strokes are not in the same league as Yamaha’s or Ski Doo’s in my opinion. They would have to prove me wrong on that one.

I just recently received the latest edition of Snowest. They did a comparo of the 2 sleds but, really didn't talk much about relative performance. Other than to say they BOTH have great power. How lame!!!There’s no way the supertax guys didn’t drag race those sled
They just chose not to show it
Guess they don't want to ruffle any Doo feathers.
The facts/truth always comes out eventually.

I don’t have a Mach but I do have a Renegade X 900 r and I finally got to race the old Winder this weekend. We raced in a long field that was flat and pretty packed. I got him out of the hole by a couple lengths and stayed that way till the end. I only saw 110 on the dreameter but that’s all I needed to stay ahead. The field wasn’t long enough to go any faster.
My 900r has been running 7800 - 8000 rpm since new And it’s completely stock. It pulls strong and I’m totally happy with its performance. The Winder is also completely stock except for the Dalton secondary spring. I honestly couldn’t give a crap about whether it’s faster than the Winder or not but I am pleased knowing it’s not a turd like so many have reported. It’s by far the best sled I have ever owned. I only have 900 miles on it and other than adjusting the chain tension and belt deflection all I have done to it is add gas. I think it’s the best big mile trail sled on the market with the best build quality.
