23 tooth and white spring

ok back on this topic about putting the 23 tooth gear in my apex gt and somehtung about a white spring in the clutch
I am new to all this mod stuff so bare with me

first were do i get this 23 tooth gear and this white spring and can i just do the 23 tooth gear or should i do the spring to
