Does anybody know if 2.52 pitch drivers are available for a 2015 SR Viper ?
I dont but they must be since guys asphalt/Drag racing I believe are using that pitch. All AC Procross driveshafts and drivers fit even 2 st. Was temted to go that route myself. Supposed to be faster.

I don't know the part number but you can purchase complete drive shafts with drivers already installed direct through cat. That's what a lot of the xf/xtx 141" guys do for racing applications. Switch to 2.52 drivers and run a 144" track.

- Yamaha sr viper 15 ltx dx, mpi 190 turbo, straight line header, 38" mtx front end, mtx steering, mtx seat, xtx 141" skid and 2.25" power claw track
2019 sidewinder xtx le, sleeping for now
Exactly, if i dont go 141" 2.25" powerclaw, ill do 2.52 8 tooth 144" 1.75" back country like my 13 nytro xtx had, unlike my viper that thing would pull the skis at 80 and kept pullingI don't know the part number but you can purchase complete drive shafts with drivers already installed direct through cat. I don't see anywhere that they list an 8 tooth, all I can find are 10 tooth.
Hopefully Cat can help...Most dealerships won't spend the time to search,we'll see.

Cat sells a whole axle assembly. 10 tooth 2.52 are only 1" bigger in diameter than stock 8 tooth 3 drivers, 25" vs 24", not enough to throw your gearing/clutching off since its only 4% different (speedo will read a touch slow). I'm looking at possibly going to 144 2.52 in either an Ice cobra or Back Country on my XTX. More bars on the ground and in the case of the Ice Cobra, more studs.
0728-201 is the part number for the assembly, 2012 Short track models came with 2.52x128 tracks, they moved to 2.86x129 on 13+

Avid Products makes drivers to fit your stock shaft as well, if you're willing to press them on.

0728-201 = regular 10 tooth, no window teethSo is it 0728-201 or 0728-228 ?
0728-228 = exo 10 tooth with window teeth.
Honestly, with at least 4 sets of teeth driving at all times I'll probably go with the regular drivers if I go to a 144"
