A ARM QUESTION

I pulled off my a-arms.Checked all the bushings looks like im good for one more winter.Im putting it back togther can anyone tell me what the torque specs are on the bolts that go though the bulk head, holding the a-arms.

I used to pay attention to torque specs and kept getting burnt. I have gone to Blue locktite and tighten with a short wrench to not overtighten.

I haven't been towed back since.

Can the same nuts be used with blue loctite or do you need new ones?(my bushings are going to be replaced as soon as i get my shocks back from there rebuild).
