1: My secondary clutch is in a way loose, i can slide the clutsh in and out whith 1cm ?

2: I tried to loosen/tighten the bolt whith no luck. Nm?

3: Is it normal whith rattle in the primery clutsh after 480 miles. (800 km)

4: And do the magnesium covers in the engine corrode in a whay. Is it normal? It is a little ruff/white dust on it. ? Normal ?

5: It feels like the engine not going so clean when it rumbels in the 1500-3000 rpm range?

6: And is it normal whith the on/off fealing when you take off from the start. Hard to get a normal start. (slow start) On is it`s impossible.

Thanx, and by the way, English is not my best language. :p

all of them normal on mine, I hear ya on the on/off deal you just cant idle around slowly without it kicking in out all the time.

try the pink (to be specific, it is Orange Pink Orange) primary spring...it will be a different sled...allows you to engage at roughly 2100 rpm's pretty sure you will love it...

all others are normal

Do you have any more info on this? First I have ever heard of using the pink primary spring. I have noticed the same thing... on off type of throttle response.

Thanks for the info.

Who makes the pink secondary spring you mentioned?

Do you need to change tip weights or anything else when you change springs like that? I am having the same problem, the sled wants to lurch when starting out from a stop or slow roll. Can't seem to get a smooth acceleration at low rpm's/speed, just real jerky (either on or off).

too many variables on elevation etc. but the spring should nto be that far off the stocker except on the ability to just creep off the line...

total force is only 1kg different...majority of difference is in the pre-load...

Thanks for all the info... I assume that you are currently running this spring? Very good info!

it is in my sled and about 10 other buddies...

it will just creep you up on the snow...2100 rpm engagement is VERY low!!! should saolve the harsh hit on the sled...on the low end that is...

You just got me excited!!!!!! Awesome man... completely awesome!!!

personally still trying to dial my clutching in perfectly though (my issue is not this spring) it has to do with this hair-dryer under my tank...

adding 10 lbs. of boost has a MAJOR impact on clutching...

FWIW, my buddies are using this spring with and without boost, so it is good to go...just have to play with the weights/rivets if you are doing boost...

Just started up the sled today with my stock setup (yah it has been a while.. ) dang that is a low engagement. When cold it idles above that rpm. I assume you have to keep the parking brake on to keep the sled from leaving you? I got that one on the way and the one just above it from a preload standpoint. Should be interesting to test them out some supertips..
