Can anyone tell me where I can get replacement idler wheels for my 2005 RX1. The OEM's are 5.125 plastic with 25mm (6005rs) non replaceable bearings. I'd like to replace with 5.125 rubber with a replaceable bearing.

Here you go, these work great (SMA-8EK38-01-SL) they have a replaceable bearing "6205" larger than OEM, you can order these from YAMAHA in different colours and they match your large rear ones, if you use these on the inner rear you have to get the mounts machined so that they CENTRE between your track COGS its worth it I put 11.000kms on my '05 with these with "0" issues and I have these on my '08 with 5600kms no problems.
