Years ago I remember a thread about stalling and a way to access some throttle related settings. Any body remember or know about this. I remember there were some values that could be changed. I’d like to check mine and see if they are all stock.

Are you asking about the tps system? In diagnostic mode you can check throttle position from 0% to 100%

That might be it. Any idea what it should be? And how to get in diagnostic mode? I can’t remember

You should be 0 when your not touching throttle and 99-100 when full throttle. I will have to look when I get home but I think it’s with sled power on not started hold bottom left and right buttons and it will pull up diagnostics then scroll threw to tps

Also should be checked with bars turned and straight

Im sitting here with it right now I’ll try it

No power commander for me. I just thought maybe the settings were off. Everything appears to be good. Still isn’t great on startup. Thought maybe this could be why. We put over 1200 miles on last week. It’s not that the sled runs bad. Just won’t stay idling on its own until low temp light quits flashing

Haven’t yet. Had it at a dealer couple weeks ago. They didn’t think it was valves. Not saying they were right though. I’m trying to decide what to do with it. Might broom it.

I think I’ve seen it recently. Funny, when I dropped the sled off to that dealer I asked them to check that out. That’s when they told me the IAC VALVE WAS BAD. That’s a whole other story. Anyway..... thanks for your input. This forum is really great!
