Has anyone measured similar studs (example: INS Hornet 1.64 vs Woodys Trigger 1.63) against different brands? Hornet 1.64 is supposed to be an overall length of 1.95 inches and the Trigger 1.63 is supposed to be an overall length of 2.024. I'm not sure if the different manufactures measure overall length the same.

Has anyone measured these side by side? I'm looking at putting Hornet 1.64's in my 2018 137 with just the "Cat" protectors. If I run my track tight, will these hit the header louvers?

I'm running 1.625" StudBoy Lake Racers on my 2017 with no tunnel protectors at all (not even Cat) and they have never hit anything ever. IMO if you run the track at the right tension they will never hit. If they hit, your track is too loose.

I think Woodys Triggers are measured same way as my StudBoy Lake Racers. I attached their chart to show how Woodys studs are measured and called out. I don't know about Roetin. I couldn't find a similar chart for them.

Thanks for including the chart. I agree, I should be fine. I'll call INS and get the installed height.

Here’s the difference between a 1.63 Trigger and a 1.64 INS Hornet. You can see how much taller the Hornet is.
