I have read the FAQs about adjusting the rear suspension. I have set the spring sag for my weight, spring compresses 45mm when I'm sitting on it. I also have the dampening on the shock turned up almost all the way. 3 clicks from full hard.
Generally it rides well but when hitting dips in the trail it feels like the front of the track bottoms out but not the back. This probably doesn't make much sense. Would adjusting the transfer rod help? I still don't quite understand what this does or where it should be set. Can anyone help explain? I know how to adjust it and what the min and max adjustments are but not sure where I should set it.

Transfer rod couples the front and rear arms together. Setting to min transfer keeps the skis down under power and setting to max transfer allows to lift the skis and ever so slightly plusher ride.
What spring are you running. If you weigh more than 170lbs plus gear I would suggest a Big Boy or heavier spring. If you have not already get the shocks rebuilt and revalved for your weight as well.
I run a BoP 6.5? Cant remember but its the red one, multi rate spring. Rebuild my shock every other season and it has been revalved. Makes a big difference. GYTR's up front are excellent as well.
