I had my secondary apart and noticed that the numbers on the clutch for spring settings do not match the numbers stamped into the roller assembly. Did someone assemble the roller wrong or is it supposed to be this way?

I'd try and help but I don't really understand what your question is, try being more specific. Is this some aftermarket stuff?

Roller Rooster secondary, there is a plate that bolts to your secondary. The secondary has marking for setting your spring. The new plate covers the original numbers, when it was installed (not by me) the person did not line up the numbers 1-2-3 with the numbers 1-2-3 on the new plate. Are they supposed to be lined up or not?
hlmrx1, has your RX-1 spent some time at radar runs in lac du bonnet- pinawa channel?

The only #,s you need are on the helix & on the secondary. The plate #,s are of no importance & ignore em.

Sorry, can't help you with the Roller Rooster. The only time I was out competing with it was last spring for the LDB ones. Every other time there was something wrong or happening with my sled.
