Advice needed

I have 7000 miles on my ApexGT with Simmons skis. I have not yet changed the carbides, I know, I know, stop laughing now! LOL, anyhow, can you reccommend a good carbide brand and size. I ride only in Quebec mostly groomed trails and offtrail about 10% of the time.

if you are happy with what was on there, i would go with the same again or put a set of bergstroms on there.

I run Simmons with Bergstroms triple points and love the way it handles, well planted.
Have 5000+ miles now on those skegs.
I also put Simmons ice scratchers on at 500 miles and new hyfax. 4500 miles later hyfax are only half worn.
Hard to believe!

Watersuper, what size bergstrom and simmons carbide do you run and where to you run each of them, inside/outside.

I have 8" on the inside, 6" on the outside, Both Bergstrom's TP. The skegs are a bit pricey but last a long time. Ride NH & Maine, fair share of snirt but these things keep on going.
I also have the back of the ski rubber shimmed.

With that kind of carb you should be able to turn that thing around inside your trailer.
