Well I washed out of a un marked 90 deg corner and hit a tree..... Rider ok but Baby in intensive care. Question is who is best to handle this repair. Is it a cat dealer that has been dealing with this for a couple of years? or take it to my dealer who was excided to see mine at 500 so he could dig into it and see what it needed. I don't really know yet if it can be saved it broke both lower control arms bent and broke the tie rod off the spindle bent the s@it out of the upper control arm pushed the sway bay back to the belly pan broke the ski .and that is all I can see till we get the panels off the belly pan looks like it has a tweek in it and the steering column looks off.

You know the strap in the tool kit Well it it to strap the ski straight so myou can ride it back to the trailer ........ :o| :o| .....

NO YAMMY HAS EVER LEFT ME STRANDED!!!!!

I would bring it to the Yamaha dealer for warranty reasons. I am going through the same thing. Yamaha does not have much for parts available right now. They had to get most of the parts from an arctic cat dealer, steering rod, handle bar, grips and controls, and steering column. enough to get it back out on the trail. the plastics, seat, and a few other specific Yamaha parts wont be in till spring. I would like to thank my dealership (sportline power sports) for getting back out so quick.

well the est is in $6300 he good thing is the whole front end is bolter on and replacable

Yup. That is one of the things that I liked about that sled. Sapping killer is on 3rd bulkhead in his rx from oops like that.
