My AF numbers seem to be pretty good at idle when I initially start the sled up but if I run the sled and start producing boost, after I come to a stop my, my AF at idle jumps to 16-17 and even goes past that and shows a blank reading. If I leave it the sled usually stalls but if I blip the throttle a few times it brings it back to 12.4. What gives? I am running on a GEMS controller.
idle 12.4
1/4 throttle 13.3 cruising at 30mph
1/2 throttle 11.3 cruising at 50-60mph
WOT 12.5
idle 12.4
1/4 throttle 13.3 cruising at 30mph
1/2 throttle 11.3 cruising at 50-60mph
WOT 12.5

That's the glory of the gems controller. If you wanted another one I will dust it off and sell you mine.....lol.

Bad o2 sensor can do that but should not affect how the sled runs.. try to richen the gems at idle a number or 2 and see how it is.

If it's jumping to 16-17 or higher right after you get off the throttle, that's just the sensor trying to catch up to the drastic change in a/f. At least coming from the boosted car world that's how it's always been for me in all of my turbo cars. If it's staying there for more then a split second then yes, I agree with MrSled, try adjusting the gems at idle.
