Ok looks like the RB3 will have to be my next investment. I just gave my head to Dave Marshall for porting this weekend. Should be starting the engine build this week. Any tips or things I should watch for? I have built many 2 strokes but this will be my first kick at a 4 stroker.

Talk to Dave he knows them Yammies inside out, I'm sure he will help you with any questions you may have.
Here's the essential must haves:
- Water temp gauge
- Boost pressure gauge
- AFR meter
- Data-logging capabilites is nice
- Make sure you do not cheap out on heat insulation, use header wrap and heat reflective tape like crazy. Shield all hoses even with double layers of heat protective insulation.
- Good venting of the space around the turbo, header and downpipe. My sled did melt plastics after a ride (more vents opened), make sure you have vents for the heat release after a ride, typically on top of turbo.
