$12.00 snail mail to the ROCK
Just ordered one @ CR RACING this afternoon.
I talked to Lisa there and she gave me a better shipping price for snail mail.
My first aftermarket billet piece!

Did she change the tax structure for you.
For some reason their website takes the GST and adds 14% HST to that.
We pay 13% as a combination of GST +PST. Why should we pay 19% (closer to 20 with tax on tax).
I'll have to call them as well.

I haven't read all the above posts but right when i bought my sled my dealer said grab the handle at the bottom to put it in reverse. I have never broken a handle nor have 2 of my buddies.

i dont think this wouldnt be such a big problem if we would all look through the right side panel while we operate the reverse handle. you will see the track the reverse mechanizm rides in and you need to pull it out aliitle, and up alittle. and to go back forward, you look and do the reverse. (pun not intended). ski

My wife broke her reverse knob too last season. Not real happy about the lever as a whole. Brought it my dealer here in IL and they replaced it under warranty. Poor design, but having a good dealer makes all the difference. That is why I buy all my sleds from the same dealer.

Got mine yesterday and installed it last night.
For anyone who has concerns of breaking, or just wants a better handle, contact CR. This a a nice product.

Another one broke. I replaced mine with a billet handle. Page 3 of my thread.
That pin has to be punched out. Not a big job but you want to be in the garage. Hope this helps.

I went the billet route as well. No sense spending $40 on another plastic one if it's only gonna break again.
