Do the 06 bars have the same rise and pullback as the 07 bars?

Not quite. If I recall correctly, the 07 bars don't have as much rise, but they are longer (wider grip to grip).
The 06 has a taller riser block so the overall setup is similar.

06 bars have an inch taller rise than the 07's. 07 has an inch taller riser than the 06. Don't know why they changed it. But I like the feel of 06 bars on the 07 riser. The width and pullback end up the same between the 06 and 07 bars.

I replaced my bars off my 2006 APex GT with the bars off a 2007 Apex GT. They appeared similar in shape, except the 2007 bars keep your hands warmer.
My son has a 2007 Apex RTX. The riser seems higher, but the bars are definately shaped different.

In the end the entire setup with REPLACEMENT bars for the 06 is similar.....
however the bars themselves are less rise for 07 but taller riser....
the reason they did this was so basically all the bars would be the same(same as older nytros)....making the replacements all the same and not needing to make more ...this was what the yammie rep told me and makes sense.
